COD availability can depend on delivery location, order value, product, courier serviceability, risk checks or other operational factors.

If COD is unavailable at checkout, please use one of the available prepaid options.

Standard orders are generally processed within approximately 3–4 business days.

Bulk, customized, made-to-order or specially sourced items may require approximately 7–15 business days, unless another timeline is stated or confirmed.

• Remote / extended service: approximately 6–10 business days.

These are estimated timelines rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Once tracking becomes available, the tracking number or link may be communicated through email, SMS, WhatsApp, your customer account or order-status page.

A newly generated tracking number may take some time to show its first courier scan.

An AWB may be generated before the courier completes its first physical scan.

Tracking can also pause temporarily while a shipment moves between hubs, during holidays, weather disruption or remote-area transit.

First check with family members, reception, building security or neighbours who may have accepted the package.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking information so the delivery can be investigated.

RTO means Return to Origin. It occurs when a courier cannot successfully deliver the parcel and returns it to us.

Where RTO is caused by customer refusal, incorrect/incomplete address, non-responsiveness or repeated unavailability, applicable logistics costs may generally fall around ₹150–₹300, depending on the shipment.

Vedica Artistry generally does not offer change-of-mind returns merely because the customer later dislikes the colour, style, design or product.

This does not affect remedies available for verified defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming products.

Preserve the product, packaging, shipping label, tags and accessories and contact us promptly, preferably within 2–3 business days of delivery.

Include clear photographs and a continuous unboxing video where applicable.

For transit-damage, missing-item or wrong-product claims, a clear and continuous unboxing video is strongly required for verification.

Begin recording before opening the outer package and show the shipping label, sealed parcel, opening process and issue clearly.

A preference-based size exchange is not automatically available unless the relevant product or offer specifically permits one.

Once an eligible refund has been approved and successfully initiated by Vedica Artistry, it generally takes approximately 7–10 banking days to reflect.

Final posting depends on the bank, payment gateway, card network or payment provider.

For an eligible COD refund, we may request verified bank-account information and proof of ownership such as a cancelled cheque or relevant passbook copy.

The beneficiary should reasonably correspond with the customer, billing or shipping identity connected with the order unless a legitimate exception is verified.

Request cancellation as early as possible, generally within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation remains dependent on whether processing, customization, packing, manifesting or courier handover has already advanced.
