About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Vedica Artistry's website, ecommerce functions, products, content and related services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, subject to applicable law.

About Vedica Artistry

Vedica Artistry is an Indian lifestyle and fashion brand offering products that may include contemporary and Indo-Western apparel, ethnic fashion, accessories, handcrafted products, home décor and other artistic or lifestyle products.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for ordering, payment, delivery and customer support. Vedica Artistry is not responsible for avoidable fulfilment difficulty caused by materially incorrect information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.

Product Information and Handcrafted Variation

Vedica Artistry makes reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, measurements, pricing and availability accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, display settings, production batch or legitimate handcrafted characteristics.

Handcrafted, hand-finished, embroidered, dyed, printed, woven or artisan-created products may naturally differ slightly in texture, print placement, dimensions, stitch, shade, weave, surface character or finish. Reasonable handcrafted variation is not automatically a defect.

Pricing, Taxes and Charges

Product pricing may change from time to time, subject to applicable law. Applicable taxes, shipping, handling or other compulsory amounts will be displayed or communicated as applicable to the transaction. Vedica Artistry currently accepts supported online/prepaid payment methods; full Cash on Delivery is not offered, and where a Partial COD option is shown at checkout an online advance is collected. Convenience, Secure Packaging, Handling, Shipping and Gift Packing charges are shown at checkout before payment and are not refundable, as set out in the Refund Policy.

Pricing, Inventory and Listing Errors

Genuine pricing, specification, product-data, discount, stock or technical errors may occasionally occur. If an order is materially affected, Vedica Artistry may correct the information, contact the customer, modify the affected transaction with appropriate consent where required, or cancel/refund the affected order or order line in accordance with applicable law.

Orders Are Subject to Acceptance

Submission of an order constitutes a request to purchase and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for payment verification, inventory, delivery serviceability, pricing accuracy, fraud prevention, product-quality concerns, legal/compliance requirements and other legitimate fulfilment considerations.

Vedica Artistry's Right to Decline or Cancel

Subject to applicable law, Vedica Artistry may decline, suspend or cancel an order in whole or in part where a legitimate operational, inventory, pricing, payment, security, fraud, serviceability, logistics, legal, technical, safety, force-majeure or other bona fide reason exists. Eligible prepaid amounts relating to a cancelled order are handled under the Refund Policy.

Payment

Customers should use only a payment method they are authorised to use. Payments may be processed by third-party banks, gateways, UPI providers, wallets, card networks or other authorised financial-service providers. Availability of a particular online payment method can vary by checkout configuration and provider.

Shipping and Tracking

Processing, EDA/ETA, dispatch, courier tracking, delivery attempts, delays, international shipping and RTO are governed by the Shipping Policy. A flat ₹69.00 RTO charge applies to a parcel returned because of a customer-side reason. Order dispatch and shipping may be affected by regional festivals, unavoidable circumstances and weather calamities. Shipment movement shown to customers is generally based on the same underlying courier/logistics scan events made available to Vedica Artistry.

Exchange and Return

Exchange eligibility is product-specific and governed by the Exchange & Return Policy. Eligible items can be exchanged up to 10 days from the date of delivery; not every product, collection or category is exchangeable. An item that is returned with damage may receive a lower refund value and is not exchanged or replaced, as explained in that policy.

Refunds

Eligible refunds, banking timelines, duplicate online payments and payment reconciliation matters are governed by the Refund Policy.

Cancellations

Customer cancellation requests and Vedica Artistry's order-control rights are governed by the Cancellation Policy. A flat ₹69.00 charge applies to a cancellation after dispatch.

Customer Support, Working Hours and Response Time

Customer Service is available Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM–06:00 PM IST, and is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Email responses may take up to 24 working hours. Working hours are 11:00 AM–06:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday (closed on Sundays and Public Holidays). Messages received outside working hours are queued for the next working day.

A business day is a day from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Formal consumer grievances follow the statutory timelines on the Contact Us page.

Promotions, Coupons, Bundles and Free Gifts

Promotions may carry eligibility rules, minimum values, exclusions, validity periods, usage limits or other conditions communicated with the offer. Promotional benefits are not necessarily combinable unless expressly stated. If an eligible refund/cancellation changes the original promotion conditions, the remaining order value or refundable amount may be recalculated accordingly.

Reviews and User Content

Reviews, images, videos, feedback and other submissions should be genuine, lawful and should not infringe another person's rights. Vedica Artistry may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Vedica Artistry branding, original text, graphics, layouts, photographs, product imagery, videos, artwork, illustrations and creative material are owned by or lawfully used by Vedica Artistry and may not be commercially copied or falsely represented as another party's work without appropriate permission.

User Conduct

• Do not use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access or introduce malicious code.
• Do not interfere with website operation.
• Do not engage in payment/refund fraud or impersonation.
• Do not submit deliberately false claims or misuse promotional systems.

Third-Party Services and External Links

The website may use Shopify, payment processors, logistics providers, communication providers, analytics services, social networks and other third parties, which may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. External links are provided for convenience; Vedica Artistry does not control independent third-party websites.

Website Availability and Force Majeure

Vedica Artistry aims to maintain a functional website but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, cyber incidents, platform outages, payment-provider issues, transport disruption, regional festivals, weather calamities, government restrictions or other unavoidable circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service, order dispatch, shipping or other fulfilment timelines.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Changes, Severability and No Waiver

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, products, technology or operations. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive future enforcement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any competent forum or jurisdiction prescribed by law.
