• Average processing time for domestic orders: Most orders are processed within 3–4 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Special, handmade, customized, or bulk orders: Larger or customized orders may take up to 7–15 business days to process.
• Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
• Tracking confirmation: A second email with courier and tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.

• Courier partners: Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, India Post, and other logistics partners depending on serviceability.
• Metro cities: Usually 3–5 business days from the shipment date.
• Non-metro and rural areas: Usually 5–8 business days from the shipment date.
• Free shipping: Available on domestic orders above ₹1,500.
• Orders below ₹1,500: Shipping charges may apply as mentioned in the Shipping Charges section.

• Availability: International shipping is available only for selected countries and eligible products.
• Shipping rates: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout wherever applicable.
• Processing time: International orders may take up to 5 business days to process before shipping.
• Delivery time: International orders may take up to 30 days to be delivered depending on destination country, customs clearance, and courier procedures.
• Customs, duties, and taxes: The recipient/customer is responsible for all import fees, customs duties, local taxes, clearance charges, and related charges.
• Shipping fee refund: No shipping fee will be refunded for international order cancellations after the order has been shipped.

International shipping timelines are subject to customs clearance and courier policies, which may affect the actual delivery date.

• Domestic orders above ₹1,500: Free shipping may be available.
• Domestic orders below ₹1,500: Flat ₹50 per order may apply. Charges may vary for bulky, heavy, fragile, or special packaging items.
• International orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on destination and product eligibility.
• Address correction / wrong address: Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or customer-provided address errors will attract RTO charges, which may be deducted from eligible refunds.

Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges, packaging charges, and RTO charges may be non-refundable as per our applicable policies.

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other available communication method.

Courier tracking updates are controlled by the courier partner, not by Vedica Artistry.

Shipping delays may occur due to reasons beyond Vedica Artistry’s direct control, including:

• High-volume seasons or festival rush
• Severe weather conditions
• Courier network disruption
• Remote location serviceability issues
• Public holidays or local restrictions
• Customs clearance for international orders
• Unexpected operational delays by courier partners

If your order is significantly delayed, you may contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote and restricted locations.
• Hazardous, liquid, fragile, bulky, delicate, or special-care products may require additional packaging or shipping restrictions.
• Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to courier, customs, legal, or product-specific restrictions.
• Vedica Artistry reserves the right to cancel or hold orders if the delivery location is not serviceable.

Lost Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must notify us within 7 calendar days from the marked delivery date. We will raise an investigation with the courier partner.

Damaged Shipments

• Inspect your package carefully at the time of delivery.
• If the package appears damaged, torn, wet, tampered, or open, you may refuse delivery.
• If accepted, please record a complete unboxing video before opening the package.
• Email us at care@vedicaonline.com with photos of the box, courier label, product, and complete unboxing video.

Replacement, refund, or resolution will be handled as per our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy after inspection and verification.

All delivery timelines provided by Vedica Artistry are standard estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier partner’s operational policy, delivery location, unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Vedica Artistry cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe in cases where the delay is caused by courier operations, customer-side issues, customs procedures, local restrictions, or force majeure events.
