Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Vedica Artistry. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. Please review the details below to understand our timelines, costs, and procedures.

1. Order Processing

• Average processing time (Domestic): Most orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
• Special & bulk orders: Larger or customized orders may take up to 7–15 business days to process.
• Order confirmation:
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
  • A second email with tracking details will follow once your order ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Carriers: Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, India Post, and others.
• Delivery time:
  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days from shipment date.
  • Non-metro & rural areas: 5–8 business days from shipment date.
• Free shipping: Available on domestic orders over ₹1,500.
• Orders under ₹1,500: See Section 4 for charges.

3. International Shipping

• Availability: To select countries (rates calculated at checkout).
• Order processing time: International orders can take up to 5 business days to process before shipping.
• Delivery time: Orders may take up to 30 days to be delivered, depending on destination and customs procedures.
• Customs & duties: Recipient is responsible for import fees, taxes, and duties.
• No shipping fee will be refunded for international order cancellations after the order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

• Domestic (Orders below ₹1,500): Flat ₹50 per order (may vary for bulky items).
• International: Charges are calculated at checkout.
• Address corrections: Orders returned due to customer-provided address errors will incur RTO (Return to Origin) charges, deducted from refunds.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive:
  • Courier name
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date
• You can track your order via the courier’s website or the tracking link in your email.

6. Shipping Delays

• Shipping delays can occur due to high-volume seasons, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
• If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll investigate promptly.

7. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
• Hazardous or liquid items may incur additional packaging fees or shipping restrictions.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost shipments: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 7 days—we’ll file a claim with the carrier.
• Damaged shipments:
  • Inspect your package upon delivery.
  • If damaged, refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged.” Then email care@vedicaonline.com with photos of the box, label, and product.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
