We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, colors, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. However, actual product appearance may slightly vary due to device screen settings, lighting, photography, handmade processes, fabric texture, print placement, natural material variation, artisan-led production, or finishing methods.

Minor color variation, print variation, handmade variation, texture variation, fabric variation, or natural craft variation shall not be treated as a product defect unless clearly proven otherwise through valid inspection and supporting evidence.

• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• We may limit product quantities, order values, locations, or availability on a case-by-case basis.

• Cancellation after order acceptance, processing, packing, dispatch, customization, procurement, or courier handover may not be possible.

Your purchases are subject to our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale, export, misuse, or illegal activity.

Prices, discounts, offers, promotions, shipping charges, COD charges, taxes, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time of order placement, unless a pricing error, listing error, technical error, or stock issue is detected.

Shipping, dispatch, delivery timelines, courier delays, tracking, damaged packages, lost shipments, failed delivery, and RTO cases are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

The tracking information visible to you is the same tracking information visible to Vedica Artistry. We do not receive any hidden, special, or extra courier updates beyond what is shown by the courier partner.

• All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, courier partners, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, customer-side issues, or events beyond our control.
• Orders returned due to customer-side reasons may attract RTO charges ranging from ₹150.00 to ₹300.00.
• Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges, packaging charges, and RTO-related charges may be non-refundable as per our applicable policies.

All cancellation, return, exchange, replacement, RTO, and refund requests are governed by our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

• No change-of-mind return is allowed.
• Complete unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective, incorrect item, missing item, return, replacement, or exchange-related claims.
• Clothing/Apparel products are eligible for 7 calendar days exchange-only policy from the date of delivery, subject to product condition and tag requirements.
• No refund will be issued for products returned damaged, used, washed, altered, stained, tag-removed, tag-torn, incomplete, or without approval.
• All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to inspection and approval by Vedica Artistry.

Refund Method and Timeline

• For prepaid or online payment orders, eligible approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method only.
• Once the refund is initiated by Vedica Artistry, the refund amount may reflect in the original payment method within 7–10 banking days, subject to bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway, or financial institution timelines.
• Vedica Artistry is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, UPI providers, or financial institutions after refund initiation.

COD Refund Requirement

For approved Cash-on-Delivery refund cases, the customer must provide a cancelled cheque leaf or bank passbook details. The bank account holder name must match the shipping name or billing name used in the order.

• COD refund will not be processed if the submitted bank details do not match the shipping or billing name.
• Vedica Artistry may request additional verification before processing COD refunds.
• Refunds to third-party bank accounts may be rejected.

Cash-on-Delivery is offered at Vedica Artistry’s discretion and may not be available for all products, customers, locations, or order values.

• Vedica Artistry reserves the right to disable, block, or restrict COD for customers with repeated refusal, fake orders, RTO history, suspicious behavior, or policy abuse.
• COD refusal after dispatch will be treated as a customer-side RTO case.
• Applicable RTO/return charges ranging from ₹150.00 to ₹300.00 may be charged, deducted, or adjusted in future orders.
• Repeated failed delivery, fake order attempts, or misuse may result in refusal of service.

All content available on our website, including but not limited to trademarks, brand name, logo, product images, designs, graphics, banners, text, product descriptions, videos, layout, styling, photographs, and creative materials, belongs to Vedica Artistry or its respective content partners.

These Terms permit you to use the website and services for personal, lawful, non-commercial use only.

• You must not copy, reproduce, download, modify, sell, distribute, republish, store, publicly display, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any website content without prior written permission.
